Does SyncMaster 753s Model Samsung Monitor contain 1024x768 resolution with 16-bit video card or what?.

General thumb rule for monitors:

Monitor size~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Recommended resolution

15-inch monitor ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~1024 × 768 at 60hz
17- to 19-inch monitor~~~~~~~~~~~~1280 × 1024 at 75hz
20-inch and larger monitor~~~~~~~~~~1600 × 1200 at 75hz

For 15" monitor, it is better to stick to 800x600 with 75/85 Hz unless the higher resolution is very important. This is because the refresh rate must be good for strain-free viewing... I remember one 15" color monitor that supported 1024x768 at 75 Hz but I am unable to recall brand or model...
