great news,never played the original one past the initial couple of minutes due to its horrid controls (on pc)and extremely dated visuals.Hopefully the remake will be a lot better than this!

Absolutely fantastic game. Lived up to my expectations. I never really played the OG RE games except RE4 for a short while and its clunkiness put me off. Recently got into RE due to RE2 Remake and have been hooked since. Gonna play RE8 next. Wish RE1 didn't have tank controls.

Gonna play RE8 next.

I have put about 13 hours into RE8 so far (haven't finished yet) but it's pretty good. It brings some RE4 elements like buying items, upgrading weapons and hunting gems embedded in walls and treasure to sell.

I wish the price was lower.
