About an year ago I wanted to try off the fancy chinese phones so bought an Alfatel H1i, dual sim, touchscreen, torch light, and all fancy features, with 2 batteries , but then after some months i got bored as its hard to operate no ease of typing messages, typing message is hell hard, and battery goes down very soon, but at that time I had fancy with chinese mobile phones so spent about 2500- 2700 dont remember exact rate on this phone.
Now the battery back up is very low, and i doesnt play much formats even thought they tell its chinese still it doesnt play java games or even big pictures dont open in it, i got it along with 2 gb free memory card, now i can see that in 950 rs we get brand new g-five phone with dual sim and 2 GB free memory card, so im worried if i ever want to sell this phone what price can i expect, also i cant give the memory card coz im using it as pen drive using a small USB card reader, and the charger im using for my nokia phone, so wanted to know that without charger, SD Card and low battery back up what price can I expect,
or another thing is in my mind, if its not worth selling it I can try to update firmware using some software hack , mod the phone like people do to nokia in GSM FORUM, can china phones be flashed , etc, even in flashing if it dies i wont have any regrets rather selling it at some 300 -400 bucks, please advise if anyone done flashing , modifying their fones pls contact me
