required netbook within 20k (specific requirement)

Hi,

My brother is looking for a new netbook within 20k range, and planing to buy in 15 days

here are the minimum specs:

processor: min 1.6 Ghz and above, must be 64bit
RAM:2 GB DDR3 (1333 MHz preferred)
harddisk: 160GB above (better if it has 7200rpm)
1 webcam , 1HDMI port, 1 DVD writer,


so what is the best i can get..?

Asus X53U-SX013D

here is the review - Asus X53U-SX013D Review - AMD Brazos (Ontario) APU | A Techies Blog - it is around 18k now.

there is HP dm1z - it has much faster AMD E-350 fusion processor but it lacks optical drive. it is 23k.

@joker thanks for suggesting.. but Asus X53U-SX013D Clock Speed is 1.0 GHz is this enough. intel Atom can go upto 2.1 Ghz, any suggestion from intel atom.? and harddisk rpm is normal 5400rpm .
cant we get 7200rpm..?

AMD C-50 @ 1.0 Ghz is better than Atom N550 @ 1.5 Ghz.

Moreover, its integrated graphics are much better too. (C-50) Your netbook will be able to handle Full HD videos easily and might also be able to run games.

PS: Don't expect extremely stellar performance from either of them. I hope you know what netbooks are for.

I'd personally prefer AMD E-350 though. It wipes out both C-50 and every Atom. But sadly HP dm1z-3000 lacks an optical drive.
