1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: all games ranging from rogs like inquisition to fpss like hardline, advanced warfare, farcry, arkham knight. id like to play in 4k when the prices of 4k monitors reduce to a standard level. so basically i want a 4k ready pc but for the time being i will be gaming at 1920*1080 and will switch to 4k when the monitors are feasibly priced. no office work

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans:my overall budget is 1.3 L

3. Planning to overclock?

Ans:no manual oc-ing for me. factory overclocked parts like asus strix 970s are fine

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

Ans: windows 7/ 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?

Ans: i already have 2 TB HDDs and i plan to resue them .no new HDDs. however if the budget permits id like to get an ssd for the boot drive

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:like i mentioned, i will wait for a 4k monitor but if the budget permits i want a 24 inch ips panel

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:i dont want to buy peripherals like the keyboard, mouse , speakers. ill buy a new monitor only if the budget permits and i can live with the cm 690 II case i have but i dont mind changing it to the corsair 790d
.
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: nov

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: assembler but have a fair idea of where everything goes.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: buying locally is ideal but i am willing to buy online if supply is unavailable. i live in kolkata

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:

I don't think your cpu will bottleneck gtx 970 . Gaming is is more gpu intensive.
Since your mobo already supports sli. I would recommend

Zotac Gtx 970 AMP ~ 30k
SeaSonic M12II-850 ~ 9k
Samsung 840 Evo 120gb SSD ~ 5k

Sli will not be useful unless you are gaming on 120Hz + or 4k monitor or multi - monitor setup

So for 24" monitor my suggestion would be
Benq XL2411Z ~ 24k [TN panel]

Try out this and if your CPU hits 100% usage wheras GPU usage is less than 100% then its CPU bottleneck then you can go for a different cpu+mobo or else your current system should be fine.

Their is no bottlenecks for playing @1080p but for 4k gaming i'd suggest you to take time and
upgrade the whole system as you have good budget for these items

Ram: ddr 4
Mobo : based on x99 or better
Cpu : i5 or i7 haswell series
Cooler: any good water cooler
Gpu : guys plz suggest :D
