Regarding K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI motherboard

Hi

I am a friend of Khandu and postin on his ID

i had a question regarding K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI Motherboard

1) I have a single PCI-e 128MB 6600GT card.. will it work on it ?? cause some1 told me SLI motherboards need SLI setup and will not work on single PCI-e Device ??

2) How good is this motherboard compared to K8N Neo4 Platinum... and to ASUS A8N-E ??

3) Is it a good motherboard.. best in its class ?? leaving the lanparty one..

4) Says SATA II supported.. My HDD is SATA I.. will it work ?? I dont think SATA II is available in market

5) Any other comments on this motherboard.. I am gonna put a AMD 3200+ Processor in it..

its one of the best mobos in the business.....

(i) single gfx card will work fine without SLi setup

(ii) I think i'd go for the MSI...board architecture is similair but the MSI, i heard overclocks better

(iii) SATA II is downward compatible with SATA I i think.


see if u can get an athlon fx or a 2500+
