Recording my WP8 device screen

Is there any free screen-cast software available for Windows Phone 8?

Alternatively, is there a way to view from my computer (Windows 7) what ever is going on in my phone screen live. I can then record my computer screen, indirectly capturing the phone's screen.

i think he means capturing a video....
afaik, there is no app that can record your screen on phones..

but there are apps that let you stream yourmedia, like pics, vids etc...

Actually I wanted to test an app and record it at the same time.

Perhaps I can test in the emulator; however operating it with mouse clicks won't be as good as tapping away with my fingers. :-/

However, I have a Lumia 520. So I can't use the above.
