Recommend A Good Cellphone for 5k

Am planning to buy a phone for my dad by next 2 weeks by 11th !!
budget is strict 5k

Am looking at Sony Ericsson W200 and Samsung E250

Call Calrity >> Very Important
Signal Strength >> Important
Music Quality >> Required and Must be Atleast Medium Quality !

w200 and E250 both cost around 5200 Rs

i wanted to know how is Samsung E250 ??

i read its display resoulution is real bad
also read its battery life and signal reception is not good....
only advantage is its Looks and 1 GB memory card

But w200i comes with 128 MB M2 Card and that $ucks from music point of view as E250 comes with 1 GB Memory Card

Oh yes w200 seems have to have good Call Voice Clarity and Nice Reception

now if we buy W200 i guess we will have to buy Costly M2 ... this is real bad !!!!! making it 6k - 6.5k phone..!

the same goes with Z550i .. no memory card and on top of that its priced 5.5k ..

Or are there any other phones from other companies ?? Nokia may be or FLY and LG ??

But is that a new version or something ?? and what's its cost ??

You know what ? My dad's office finances this phone and when my dad gets transferred he will hv to give it back !! so keep the budget at 5k !

what about signal reception and voice clarity ? i heard its bad in this phone ??

^^ u sure ?? that phone sucks .. music wise
also no memory card comes with it.. so i hv to spend money on that !
