Really need help for speaker 2.1 or Stereo(Bookshelf)speaker

Please suggest speaker for PC under Rs 8000, can stretch to Rs 10000 if its worth it.

Preferred speaker is Bookshelf, but a good 2.1 will do. After reading reviews Swans M10 is very attractive.
I love to listen to good music, so bass and boom is not a concern.
It should sound soft,sweet,right and clean when it should.

Lastly if an amplifier would really help please suggest anything under Rs 7000.

Now my setup is
Soundcard = Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio
Speaker = Creative Inspire T6060 (this is too bass heavy and Pc speaker sounding)

I don't think amp is required & swans do sound like a good idea..
