Ram and psu suggestion!

I want to know which of the following PSU should I go for. My specs are as follows:

Processor: Intel i5 4590
Ram: 2*4GB kingston hyper x fury 1800 MHz(would it be compatiable with motherboard?)
Smps/psu: ?
Motherboard: GIGABYTE H97 D3H
Hardisk: WD 1TB BLUE
Ssd(256GB) and graphics card(AMD R9 270X or nvidia 750 ti) would add in future.

Shortlisted psu:
1.Seasonic eco 430w(seems to be recently released and have 34amps on 12v rail)
2.Corsair cx 430(32amps on 12volt rail)
3.corsair vs450(34amps on 12 volt)
4.Seasonic eco 400w(30amps on 12 volt)
5.seasonic eco500w(seems to be discontinued. 34amps on 12volts)
5.Cooler master thunder 450
(although people say its bad but its specifications looks good and till now I haven't found even a single review of this model. And this is the one I can source locally)

A.S.S(After sales service is very important so Antec vp450p is not considered). I can buy online but A.S.S is most important.

Please suggest whether those psu would be enough to handle the configuration. Also, I would like to have the option to slightly overclock the video card but won't be doing any crossfire.
My budget for psu is max Rs3k +-Rs 300-200.
Seasonic eco 430 have dual rail design with 17amps on each 12 volt rail. Would that change/ effect anything?

My second question is regarding the kingston hyperx fury blue 1800mhz ram. Would that be compatiable with my motherboard or not as it supports only upto 1600mhz?

Antec is out of consideration as they have bad A.S.S.
Seasonic eco 500 seems to have been discontinued as it is an old model.

While eco 430 have been released just 4 months back with 36 amps on dual 12volt rail. That's why I am bending towards it. Would that not suit this bulit?

Also how much power a amd r9 270x is supposed to need?

And can you tell me where I can find a corsair cx500 at Rs3.5k. I could only find it at more than 4k online.

I just read the experiences and reviews of people and the common consensus was that antec A.S.S was crap.
While seasonic that's handled by tirupati is not the best. But, atleast they replace the psu that you send them at your own cost.

With corsair the A.S.S is supposed to be the best. But, a lot of members do ask to avoid there vs and cx series.

While cooler master is really into A.S.S specially if you buy the psu locally. But, I can't really find even a single review on there thunder series except baseless allegations.
