You can use Oracle cloud to get 2 vps for free forever. Kudos to @Cool Buddy for pointing that out in another thread. Use it for wireguard, wordpress, ssh tunneling etc etc

In this case I think you can use Tor for free, though the issue will be that the sites you access might be from another country and in some cases speed will be slow. But it's better for casual use.

what is the difference between Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and traditional VPNs? how are they giving it for free? Users are able to access blocked torrent sites through it.
