Query regarding Gaming on 32" Full HD LED?

I am planning to buy a new 32" Full HD LED TV (Samsung 32EH5000).I plan to occasionally hook my PC up to it via the HDMI connection to play mainly games or sometimes watch movies.
Here's my config:
Intel C2D E8400
4 GB DDR2 800Mhz
ATI 4770HD
Corsair 450W

Now please tell me if I can play games at 1920x1080 in the 32" LED full HD without any problem and good visuals?

You will surely need a better GPU. Atleast a GTX 560.

Get a high end or mid-high end GPU first. Your CPU could also be a bottleneck in games which uses 4 cores properly.
