Q on ICICI cash deposit

hey guys...
do you know if ICICI Bank charges Transaction fee for cash deposits?
i.e depositing in another persons acc?

If its the savings account - no it doesnt.
For Credit card cash deposits- 100 rs. per transaction.

but when i buy stuffs of Rahul @ITwares...he asks me to deposit 169rs as transaction fee..?
