Purchase Mobile Phone Rs 10-12K

Hi.
I live in Mumbai

Please Tell me Phones with a good balance of Price and Features

It is for my Father, hence I would like to have one feature were the Font size can be increased.

His age is 55 and he has reading spectacles.

Preferred would be Nokia but still dont mind the brand if the Menu navigation is easy and simple.

Last but not the least Budget max Rs10-12K.
