PSU warranty??

From the website I came to know that Corsair offers 7 years warrany for these products:

Professional Series™ Gold (Models AX1200, AX850, and AX750) have a 7 year warranty
Professional Series™ (Models HX450, HX650, HX750 and HX850) have a 7 year warranty

Does anybody know if that 7 year warranty is available if I buy 1 of those Corsair PSUs in Kolkata?

AMD Athlon 3000+
MSI K8MM-v Mobo
2x1GB DDR 400MHz RAM
2 x Seagate 7200.12 1TB HDD
1 x LG DVD R/W Drive
Geforce 7300GT GPU
PS/2 K/B and Mouse
USB Wireless Reciever

Will get a Bluray writer within a few months,

What PSU would you guys suggest?
