Err, This is a really weird problem.
  • When I press the power buttons, my PC doesn't start-up. Moreover, many times the Power LED doesn't light up.
  • I have to try a lot of times to get it started and press the RESET button a lot of times in quick succession to get it started. Also, this process also takes several attempts.

I Suspect it to be either a front button panel problem or a PSU problem.

I don't have an alternate PSU to test my PC. What can be the exact problem, work-arounds and possible solution to it ?

One more thing:
  • Once the PC starts and shutdowns properly and is fed power(i.e The power from the mains is not disrupted) , the PC starts up on pressing the Power button instantly, next time, always.

What does this point to ?
