I bought an HTC S710 recently.

As soon as I switched on the phone, it got all the settings by itself from Airtel, GPRS, MMS, etc and installed them automatically in the required places and Internet Explorer Mobile worked out of the box right away.

When I was figuring out how to use the phone as modem on the PC, I referred the owners manual and it says click Start -> Internet Connection Sharing. There is no Internet Connection Sharing in the Start Menu. I didn't find it in any of the sub menus as well.

Where is it hidden in Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard?

@deepak are u using Mo or NOP??

I'm using MO. There is NOP anymore in Chennai

I've found Internet Sharing. Its under Start -> Applications -> Internet Sharing. :)

will try connecting now as per the owners manual and report back.

USB Connection is working like a breeze now. No need to do anything on the PC. Just connect the usb cable and click connect on the phone. It automatically creates a "Local Area Connection 2" on the PC and gets connected to the net.

Next thing I am trying to figure out is how to connect via Bluetooth and use the phone as modem. It is a little complicated to me. Have to set up Bluetooth PAN Network and all. Haven't done it till now. Any help with that?

I have another doubt. All the sent items in Text Messages, I have to delete one by one? There is no way to clear the Sent Items right away?
