Problem with Samsung Galaxy R

When i plug in my earphones, the phone is blocking and don't respond. To activate the phone i need to remove the batery, then put it back, and then start it. Then when i start the phone its all normal, until i do the same thing. Do anybody have some answers or tips how to fix this??

1. Connect to Kies and check for any updates.

2. If no updates available, backup your data, and factory reset the phone.

3. If that does not solve the problem, then it could be a hardware issue. You will have to visit a Samsung service center.

Alternatively, try flashing other country ROM to see if it solves your problem. Else, get back to stock indian firmware and hit SSC.
