problem with nfs underground2

I have machine configuration as follows:

AMD Athlon 2800 + processor
ASUS K8S motherboard with Onboard SIS Graphics Card
512 MB RAM
80 GB Harddisk
17" Monitor
1.44 floppy drive

Now I have Installed NFS Underground 2 on my computer.
After Game starts While Playing Game The system automatically restarts giving a message with blue screen, so fast that i cannot read it.
When system Reboots the messege appears that "system has recovered from serious error."

What may be the problem
Is there any solution ?

well bud go to my comp ->right click ->properties->advanced>startup and recovery->Setting..and uncheck the utomatically restart box..thus u can see the msg now....BTW i doubt u can play UG2 on Sis Onboard...
