problem in transcend T.sonic 610

i have just bought a 1 gb T.sonic version 3.3 its just 1 month old the problem is :
i have noticed that 2 or 3 of my mp3 songs hangs after specific interval of time (i have noticed this various time) .can any one tell whats the prob. and what needs to be done ?

it could be that those songs are of higher variable bitrate which is not supported by the mp3 player....

BUT THE MP3 PLAYER PLAY THE SONGS FOR CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME
