Printer with low cost ink??

Guys, i was using EPSON STYLUS C58 before, now i want to buy a printer with low cost ink or with refilling option, so suggest me to buy a good printer so i can use ink or cheap cartridges like prodot. And also want to sell my old printer.

i want to spend Rs.2500 for printer only and if it has scanner than i can spend Rs. 5000.
