Printer or MFD ?

Hi guys,

I want to buy a decent color printer or MFD.
Depends on you how you convince me to buy one of these 2 devices.

My budget is 5,000 INR. (6,000 max)

I would take 150-200 prints per month at the most. (Just want it for home purpose.)
One of my frnd told me not to go for Inkjet printer in this case.

What would you recommend me ?
An inkjet printer, laser printer or MFD ?
And which one ?

Please keep in mind that I dont know much about printers (cartridges, refilling etc. ) so please suggest me in simple language.

going by your print volume ( 150-200 pages a month ) laserjet is advisable. am using an hp laserjet quite economical. it has a toner cartridge which lasts easily for 2000 pages. look at hp p1007
*h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/in/en/ho/WF02a/18972-18972-3328059.html will have to stretch ur budget to 7k but its worth it. dont go for inkjet. if u need scanning and copying then go for canon pixma printers (but they are inkjets )
