Bought a Black&Decker hammer drill from Chandni for Rs. 1900...(Bosch seemed too costly at 3000/-)

I could have bought Alpha brand for 1300 bucks but decided otherwise :|

Next on my list is a jigsaw and maybe a rotary tool as well :razz:

I looked for hole saws but could not find the exact match (120mm) ... maybe I will settle for an adjustable one

As you must have figured by now, I am going to mod my case...do let me know where can I get acryllic sheets in Kolkata :?:

Lastly I bought a screenguard for 10/- it is a big one so I used it on my Sony H5 :cool:

Must say it fits perfectly...imagine I was going to ask my friend in UK to get a screen guard for 20 pounds :))

i) Go inside the Chandni hardware market - from where you bought your drill - a bit more inside. There a lot of shops who are dealing with acrylic sheets only. If you can't find the shops don't feel shy to ask shops around. I found the shops that way.

Bought the following as per advice from desiibond , mayanksahni, topgear, THANKS alot guys, now the system is mind-blowing.

Corsair 400cx - Rs 3250
MSI N9600GT 512MB DDR3 - Rs. 5350

Now I could even play burnout paradise with everything maxed at 1440*900, except for some SOA swithced off ! Was really very happy with that.

My latest purchase:

A Jabra BT8030 headset..this one doubles up as a bluetooth stereo headphone for private listening, headset for taking calls AND a bluetooth stereo speakers...the only con is that the mic isn't noise-canceling :(

Also got a Nokia BH-215 headset for my mom...this one is very practical 'cause it has a vibrating alert for calls and you don't need to wear it on your ear all the time. :)
