or u can install phpBB straight from the cpanel of ur x10hosting account

Here are some sites which have preinstalled phpbb3 , all you need to do is just sign up and its done.However I recommend that u get any free hosting like x10hosting for taking backups,adding themes,etc.

The best thing is to host the forum yourself, get yourself a good host or paid host. 250MB Space and 5-10GB Bandwidth should be more than enough,after that install phpbb3,its more easier if ur free/paid host has cpanel and fatastico which should allow you to install phpbb3 in 1 CLICK. If u need support , use phpbb3 forums,its superb. Hope it helps
