plz help me to upgrade my pc

hello guys, i just had purchased a HP Proliant Ml115 with AMD Opteron 2.4Ghz 2GB RAM 160 GB HDD from a second hand dealer and now i want to upgrade it as a gaming pc can you suggest me a graphics card at around 4k to 5k that have to support directx11,with VGA PORT (must) and HD or HDMI ports because i have LCD monitar.

Since you bought branded PC, I would suggest you change the PSU also.

Consider Sapphire HD 5670 512MB @ 4.5k.
But strong recommendation to change the PSU to FSP Saga II 350W @1.5k.
