go in for DELL Studio or DELL XPS series, www.dell.co.in

and u can also customise it to ur own liking,.. :)

btw, the DELL lappys hv 8xxx series of GPU whereas the HP's DV series of lappys hv 9xxx series of GPU (graphics card)..so obviously there will be difference in graphics .... :)

but, still u cna always upgrade ur basic configuration of a DELL lappy (wich is officially done by DELL on users request by charging extra sum of money) so u will be preety satisfied, believe me.. :)

well, no idea man, really.. :( but even if u get the toshiba one..hv u inquired abt the after sales support, esp, the customer tech support ??

the only toshiba lappy i saw was of one of my friend's it was a white color lappy, but as per the working of it..it was really a big disappointment,.,.

u can always bet on either DELL or HP, believe me...u wont be disappointed at all.. :)

stay away from toshibas as much as u can, & the satellite esspecially... i'm firmly against dell cause i think they employ cheap marketing gimicks & always overcharge for any upgrades at the time of purchase & add to that their delivery charges, octroi, vat etc etc... i'd say go in for the HP dv5 series laptops, they have great graphics cards & better processors. overall, i think hp beats dell's ass in being a well-rounded, well-built laptop with good software integration (no hassles for impatient people like me). it'll definitely serve your purpose + be an object of envy for others...
