Please suggest a good Graphics Card?

I am planning to buy a new graphics card. I prefer 9800 GT or GTS 250.
Please suggest a company, shall i go for Zotac?
Also my current XFX 8600 GT heats upto 80'C. So this time i want a much cooler card.
Also please specify their price in India?

If you are unsure of the company brand for graphic cards, then as a general rule of thumb,

for Nvidia = EVGA
for AMD = Sapphire
