I suggest save 5-6k more and you can go for a HD 5770 GPU and a additional 1.8k for a corsair VX 450 that pc will give you much better performance and will be future proof for a additional premium of 6k. if you want even better performance save 2.5k more and get 2 more GB of DDR3 ram

mostly Gigabyte 460W costing 2.5k & its a over rated 400W unit. so its in the same stage with Forton. & as FSP is OEM of many good branded PSU like Corsair, you can expect best from them. i heard even Gigabyte use FSP PSU & sell them in their own name.
