Please recommend a tablet

I am thinking of buying a tablet.
Just saw :
Asus Fonepad 7 (2014)
Asus Fonepad 7 ME175CG - 2013 model

1. Which is the best among the above two? Both are in the 10 to 12 range.
2. Is there any recent tablets with more features than the above in the 10 to 12000 range?

The only con for this (MY PERSONAL OPINION)fantastic tablet is its screen size.

8"~9" Screen based Tablets are the best category for visuals if not 10".

For this budget i think digiflip is offering one of its 8 inch tab for 7.5k
