Please help me choose between these 2 laptops

hi, i'm looking for a mid range laptop and have narrowed down my choices to 2 models based on my budget

Samsung NP305E5A-S01IN: Flipkart.com: Compare, Review Samsung Notebook
and
Samsung NP300E5Z-S08IN 2 Gen Ci5/4GB/750GB/1GB graphics/DOS: Flipkart.com: Compare, Review Samsung Notebook
there are plenty of ratings n reviews on the 2nd one on flipkart bt none for the 1st
all the spec in the 2 are same except the processor and the graphics. Considering there is just about 2k difference in the price pls suggest me which one i should go for and why..
Primary uses uses would be HDmovies/multimedia, office work and occassional not-so-serious gaming

The 2 laptops are very closely matched.
But the NP300 has intel core i5 + Nvidia GT520MX with 1GB GDDR3 graphics.
The NP305 has AMD Fusion A6 Quad core processor with inbuilt AMD 6470M graphics but has no graphics RAM.

Intel i5 is a better processor overall than a Quad core AMD.
The graphics in both are lower level graphics cards but the presence of extra 1GB GDDR3 RAM on the NP300 makes it better than AMD offering. And the 2k price difference is very reasonable.

The only cons for the NP300 are no Windows 7 Bundle and only 750GB HDD vs 1TB on the NP305.

Go for the NP300, its a much better proposition overall.
