Please Help - Continuous Restart On Playing Flash Videos

Please Help,
I have a frontech g4u combo motherboard, Pentium D processor and DDR 2 Ram

For more than 6 months I am facing a restart problem several whenever I play a flash Video.

I tried the following:
1) Replaced the Motherboard from the manufacturer
2) Replaced a new hard disk
3) Reinstalled OS.
Still its restarting.

I even tried booting on ubuntu OS and still it restarts whenever I load a flash move (Ex: while watching youtube)

Please help in solving the problem.

I dont have a graphics card or sound card seperately.

Install hwinfo and post temperatures while playing videos.

Thanks a lot for your help. The temperature are listed as below. After I saved this and then opened a video site, and clicked logging on., but the computer got restarted and hence cant get the logs.

Turn logging on then start the video. It will keep logging until the system crashes. And these temperatures are too high. Also post a screenshot of HwInfo before starting the video.

He probably needs a new heatsink + thermal paste + fans. That is way too much for his processor. Temps don't go this high even while gaming.

Not sure what the temp 1 and temp 2 are about but they are way way way too high. Anyway, get a new thermal paste. You can get Intel's stock paste for about 50-70 rupees from local shop. Get that and reapply it. And you can upload the file somewhere and post a link to it too

faulty sensor, i guess. anyway, apply a fresh layer of thermal paste and fit the cooler firmly and post the results. a screenshot is better

Thanks a lot for your help. I tried as per your suggestions, But still it is restarting. Could it be a processor problem or Ram ?. I just got a new mother board replaced from front tech last month.
