please help agp query urgent

hey every one planing to buy new graphics card.my computer specs
p-4,intel d845wn 1.6ghz,640 mb sd ram ,agp slot 1.5v
please suggest some good budget card i can spend as much as 4k.i am only a casual gamer ,weekly card should be able to play underground2,juiced,hl2,gta4 etc at decent frame rates.

ps does the computer ram has anything to do with graphics card ram (example will a graphics card having 128 mb ddr ram will work on my 640mb sd ram)

Or a 6200 AGP version, about 3.5k. Roughly twice as fast as an FX5200.

it will even work with the 128 mb ram
it doesn't depend upon ram

so u can freely use the card
