Pinnacle PCTV pro users help me!

I just purchased pinnacle pc tv pro (Which was packed on september 04) I correctly installed it including its drivers and software.But i can only hear sound but there is no picture.
I had given country/region as India,and capture setting as PAL.

What may be the problem?

intel p4,3.1ghz
80GB SATA
512MB RAM
PCIe,HP mainboard,intel 915G Chipset
intel onboard graphics,128MB

i m also using pc tv pro
and it is causing problems in 915 motherboard
u better download the new drivers from this link
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/driver/pc/pctv/PCTV Stereo/PCTVStereo_WinXP_SP2_WHQL.exe
download and update ur old drivers
this really solves mine also had the same problem but it works fine
