Pinnacle 9 Prob!!!!

my system conguration is..........
P4 2 Ghz 512 mb ram, win xp pro sp1 n my motherboard is Asus P4V533-MX.
My prob is that whenever i install Pinnacle 9 my system gives me BSOD before the installation is over. if i can install it by any chance...when i run it, it gives me the same BSOD prob of "IRQ not less or equal"..
well my onboard graphic is S3 pro savage. i thought this might be a prob of compatibility with pinnacle 9 so i installed it in my frens PC with intel based chipset....Its giving the same prob......
The same prob happens whether its with the TRIAl version given by DIGIT or full version..
Please advise...

Try taking out the graphics cards and installing it. Maybe its conflicting with the settings for the graphics card.

@anubhav He already knows that it is conflicting somewhere.

I also face the same problem whenever I install v9. The difference being that the PC reboots without any warning andd I an never get it fully installed.
Though v8 works fine.
I also have s3Savage DDR on my motherboard.
