Phone with both GPS and Wifi

I am looking for a phone with both GPS and Wifi...I am not interested much in camera..
I have shortlisted Nokia N78, is it worth 14000/-
Recommend any other phone under 15k

N78 is around 12.5k i guess without bill. Its worth it for that price.

Yeah many PDAs are available at that range but actually i got sick of using Windows Mobile, I ve already put my HTC Prophet for sale in Bazaar

Yaa i found it to be fitting the max in my requirements, but the thing is it was not there on any mall like Mobile Shop or HotSpots....but later i found it in normal mobile shops....In reviews i read that it is as good as N95 minus camera

Went just now to the mobile store...they were saying that production is stopped, while nearby their was a nokia official dealer, and he was offering it at 15200/-
