Don't wait for new phones........
G2 seems to be your best bet under your budget.......... Z1 doesn't have that great screen, but Z1 C has a bit better one(get it if u don't feel it is too small for u...... If u are using Neo V, then Z1C might be perfect for u due to its compactness)

All in all, the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact display may not look like it on paper, but it actually has the best display we have seen by the company in a while. Granted, the sheer size makes the regular Z1 screen a bit more impressive to look at, but per-inch that's the highest quality the Japanese have delivered.

Sony doesn't price it in direct conversion rates,They have proper pricing.So most probably it will surely end up under the 45k mark

I'll also vote for the LG G2. There are many high quality and actively developed custom roms.
