phone under 2k

i want a mobile(colour phone) under 2k(strict). i should be able to store atleat 250 phone numbers and it shoukd have good battery life. no other features needed. please help. thanx in advance.

Spice S580 ? Its exactly Rs. 1999/-. It comes with an MP3 player, expandable memory and good looks (atleast on pictures), although I am yet to see a single review and I have NO IDEA how it feels like in real life.
