Redmi note 3 for perfomance and best battery life. Moto g4 plus for best camera(16gb version currently selling for 12k on Amazon I think) Flipkart may also offer less price so wait maybe (sale will start from midnight)

Recently bought a Le 2 build quality and looks premium. Only issue is lack of 3.5 mm jack.

Redmi note 3 Pros
3.5 mm jack
hybrid SD card slot
FM Radio
Developer support

Le2 Pros
Better camera
Better build quality
Snapdragon 652
Quick charger is bundled

Hi,

Just wanted to know LeEco Le2 vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (3 GB/32 GB) which is better on following parameters.

1) Value for money
2) Developer support for custom ROM etc.

I also want to know is it worth to buy LeMax2 for 18K ?

Thanks.

LeEco has better camera and faster SoC
RN3 has SD card and much much better developer support and already has many ROMs while LeEco has none
LeMax2 for 18k is great if you can live with 32GB and also virtually no developer support

Sent from my Redmi Note 3

I recently purchase leeco l2 for 7k (12k - exchange of moto e 4k - 1k cashback citibank ) in flipkart flash sale for dad.

I would says its excellent vfm phone . My dad didn't like it after using Nexus 6 but holding it for using jio as secondary :)

The only thing i dint like initially was the sticky home button and stock app craps. But it was fixed by changing to google launcher.

Battery is excellent for Jio + Bsnl sims.

Le2 custom roms community is not mature yet and this is not a phone if you want cyanogen in my experience.

I am not sure about xiaomi redmi note3 and its custom rom . I personally dont like xiaomi.

So decide based on requirement.

Why you guys are suggesting him Le2 when he wants a better developer support which Redmi note 3 has way good.
For 18k Lemax2 is good if you are okay with no 3.5mm audio jack. Another better option I think is Lenovo Zuk z2 rebranded in India as Lenovo z2 plus.

LeEco has not released kernel sources for Le2 yet. So I will buy Redmi Note 3 because I want developer support. Thank you.
