I am the master of my Fate.
I'm tempted to get one of those, but brushing teeth is still kind of a chore in any case.

Do any of you guys have ear wax problems? If so what do you do? I use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean excess wax.

I have heard that using IEMs tends to exacerbate ear wax problems, so I have reduced using those.
Wax is natural process and it keeps the ears clean and protect. But if access Wax is generated then it could it be due to infection or other ear problems.
Refer to ENT specialist and they will guide you best.

You can use ear cleaning kit to clean them.

About the bold part, so you just pour in Hydrogen peroxide in your ears by yourself? If yes, then what steps you follow?

This is what I do:
  • Pour some Hydrogen Peroxide in a small saucer or bowl.
  • Get some cotton.
  • Lie on a bed on your side, but keep the cotton and the bowl close.
  • Soak some hydrogen peroxide in the cotton and then squeeze a few (about 10) drops into your ear that's pointing upwards.
  • There will be some effervescence as the Hydrogen Peroxide starts bubbling and loosen the wax.
  • Wait about 3-4 mins.
  • Put some dry cotton in your ears as deep as you can, get up from the bed and point your ears downwards.
  • Shake the cotton in your ears until all the hydrogen peroxide gets soaked into the cotton along with some dissolved wax. You may have to use multiple pieces of dry cotton. You will still hear some bubbling for a while after you're done, but it will stop eventually.
  • Repeat for the other ear if needed.
  • Do this a 2-3 times a day if you still experience discomfort.

Note that this should only be done in case of mild inconvenience. If your ear feels completely blocked by the wax, like if you pushed the wax deep into your ear canal, then you should go to an ENT specialist.

Thank you so much for such detailed steps. Really appreciate it!

I would echo what he said. You shouldn't clean ear wax just cause you want to. It's a good thing. If facing any issue refer a doctor.

You should not use Hydrogen Per Oxide on Skin for cleaning purpose, as it could irritate your skin.
