PDA < 20k with WinMO ??

How many are there in market with WinMO n less than 20k.
I have seen in general the HTC phones are good in this category with decent Multimedia features..(3470,4350,3450).

I m looking for
1. QWERTY keyboard.
2. Touch Screen for scribbling notes.
3. Decent Multimedia features.

GPS is not necessary but shuld be 3g phone. I guess there are few phones available in HTC and ASUS that will suit my requirements in my budget.

Please suggest me a good phone.

Windows Mobile PPCs with qwerty pad are expensive,you may not get this for less than 20K,

However,if you are ready to buy WM smartphone,there are many choices,

HTC P4350 is around 21K. Any idea how is that phone ?
I have HTC 3350 (Their so called Entertainment Phone), HTC 4350 (With qwerty) and HTC diamond in options. there is also this 3470 in option. I know Diamond is no match of the other phones but its around 26K and without qwerty
