Hi,

I need to add RAM to the 5-yr-old PC that I use for surfing the Net.

Config:

HP Brio BAx
P3 600 Mhz
64 Mb SDRAM
8.4 Gb HDD
Matrox MGA G200 graphics

How much shold i pay for 64Mb/124Mb/256Mb SDRAM? Second hand or otherwise?

Can someone give me an idea??

256 mb sdram @ 100 mhz is approx Rs. 1600 {hynix}

I don't think you can get the RAM for your PC. You need to upgrade!!.

You should be able to get 256 Mb sd ram for 1300 bucks

u can get
64mb @ CAN't FIND THEM
128mb @ rs.750
256mb @ rs.1500
no need to upgrade ur pc much.
if u use pc for browsing then it will just do with more ram.
