Broken In
I have this weird problem on my PC , it only boot up after two switch on cycle.
I will describe this way.
1. Switch on the wall switch.
2. Press the UPS power on button.
3. Press the power button on the cabinet.
( but the PC will not turn on at this point).
4. Turn off the UPS by pressing the ups power button.
5. Switch off the wall switch.
..........
6. Switch on the wall switch.
7. Press the UPS power on button.
8. Press the power button on the cabinet.
( at this point the PC will turn on as usual, without any problem)
The weird part is every time I want to turn on my PC I have to go through the above steps 1- 8. Why it just don't turn on in the first attempt. Why do I need to turn on and off and on again from the start to kick start my PC.
Has anyone experiencing the same thing. ??
