Pc upgrade

My current PC configuration is :

System Manufacturer: Acer
System Model: Aspire Series
BIOS: Default System BIOS
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz, ~2.6GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM

Graphic card (inbuilt):

Card name: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0)
Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Intel(R) GMA 3100
DAC type: Internal

So i want to upgrade it to a good PC config which will allow me to play all games ,run software's like after effects smoothly and good processor.Would you suggest AMD over Intel motherboards?
My budget is 15,000.

Your current PC upgrade is not possible as the processor line up (Core2Duo series and LGa775 motherboard ) is dead for last couple years. And probably you're having DDR2 Ram which is also obsolete. You will ne needing a new Processor, Motherboard, Ram, Graphics card and probably a new Power supply unit (SMPS). I think 15K budget is little low for it.
