PC Upgrade (Mobo Procc Cab) 30K

Hello Friends

I wish to upgrade my old system with new components under 30,000 INR.
Location - Mumbai
Overclock - No and Never
Usage - Video Streaming and Mild Gaming

Previous Components -

AMD Athlon II X2 270 Proccy
GA 78 lmt sp2 Mobo
AMD Radeon HD 6670 GFX card
DDR 3 4gb ram
2 tb HDD
CM Thunder 500W PSU

Required Components -

Motherboard (Intel or AMD support)
Processor (Intel or AMD)
Cabinet (I might go for Corsair Spec 03)
CPU cooler ( CoolerMaster Seidan 120) [PC remains on for 24*7]

Kindly Suggest me a good upgrade appropriate to my budget under 30,000 INR.

For mild gaming and video streaming, I would sure settle for Pentium. If you think you could go for little better processor, go for i3.

The cabinet and cooler you picked would cost about 10k.

From Intel, you can go for 4th/6th Gen Pentium or 4th/6th Gen i3 or 4th Gen i5. I find 6th Gen i3 would be a nice choice among this 5 options.

i3 6100 - 8700
Asus B150M Plus - 7900
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR4 - 2250

If you want to go all the way to i5
i5 4460 - 13200
Asus B85M G - 5700
You can reuse your memory from your previous build.

One more query I have , will my old HD 6670 AMD card run fine on this MOBO , as it is PCI 2.0 card and the MOBO has 3.0 slot . Will it bottleneck or downgrade the performance ?

you'll have no problems in getting it to work on your new system but its gonna bottleneck the performance of the pc to some extent

There is no need for Water cooling since Intel Stock Cooler is more than enough. I am using stock cooler and it never goes above 50 degrees. Add 2 front Intake fansx120mm and 1 rear Intake fanx120mm and you are good to go. So go with the following components:
Change that CM PSU to Seasonic. CM Thunder Series are crap PSU's based on Tier 1 PSU List.Okay.

Intel Core i5 6500 -15000,
Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H - 7500,
G.Skill RipJaws V 8GB 2133 Mhz DDR 4 - 3500,
Seasonic S12II 520w - 4800,
Corsair SPEC-03 - 4500.

TOTAL -35,300.

This GPU hierarchy says that the integrated graphic is better than this discrete card.
