PC Upgradation

My current config is-
processor- intel pentium 4
motherboard- intel D945GCCR
monitor - viewsonic VA703B 17"
450W SMPS
2GB Ram DDR2 800MHz
running windows 7 ultimate

Now I have about INR 35000 and I am planning on upgrading my PC. Please help

Parts i think i should buy ( please help me correct this if possible)

Nvidia GeForce 650 Ti Boost 2GB
AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 Processor with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard

I using a Dell Optiplex 390 with i3 2120 (3.3 GHz) and 4 GB (1333 MHz) Ram. Is it possible to add another 8 GB (1333 MHz) module in other empty slot?
