Short answer : No
Long answer : Yes you can, but even if you do.. A pentium 4 CPU cannot run any modern games.. The RAM you will need to upgrade is most likely DDR1 which is hard to find and expensive..
Better upgrade your entire system and live with integrated graphics and upgrade GPU later
