Ans:128 gb ssd and 2 tb 7500 rpm hdd

Ans:yes 24 inch ips

this should be better than r5 1400.
get an pcie sound adapter which should be better than a costlier motherboard.

I suppose an APU rig with ryzen r5 2400g should be more than enough for the uses mentioned by OP and that could save some bucks.
