Hi there
before going to problem let me tell you back ground

I assembled a PC through A engineer before a week , It was running completely fine for first 4 days but after few days when I pressed my power button nothing happened. I was clue less what happened to new machine . I opened case and saw that there was no sign of power in machine no fan were rotating including PSU fan, cpu fan and chasis fan. then I called engineer who took 4 days to come and he just removed RAM cleaned with eraser and PC worked now it was working and he told me that it was issue with ram so he cleaned it and it is working now . after 1 day same problem happened PC was not booting at all and symptoms are given bellow

1. No sign of power at all
2. PSU FAN, CHASIS FAN or processor Fan are not rotating
3. Only one tiny light on motherboard (green)
so as engineer told me earlier that it is problem with RAM I removed RAM and Cleaned it and inserted but no Luck
I replaced my RAM with my friends RAM (which is in working condition ) no luck

So what should be the problem, I called engineer again but he will come after few days :-?
My Specs are given bello
Intel Core I3 4130
Asus H81 board
1 TB HDD
Kingston 4 GB RAM
Antec vp450 PSU
I ball cabinet

I doubt PSU is dead cause same issue was earlier and it was solved by cleaning RAM . if PSU was dead then it should not have solved earlier

A few things to try->

1. Disassemble all components out of the cabinet and try running pc outside the cabinet (motherboard placed on a book or something non-conductive).

2. Try running the PC without RAM.

3. Try using your RAM in your friend's PC.
