Take your call if you want a bit more performance. 5700X performs well for its price as well but no iGPU. Certain apps use Intel quicksync with Intel's CPUs with iGPU to improve rendering times, so do some research. I don't recommend i5 13400 because it is just 2k cheaper than 13500 & 13500 is noticeably faster than 13400. Intel CPUs draw a lot of power, so need mobo with good VRMs.

Sorry for intervene...Just CURIOUSLY
Why DDR4 RAM?

Cheaper RAM & mobo. Not much difference in productivity tasks as well. I think DDR5 combo of 13500 will cross 92-93k, OP is more likely to not consider it, whereas DDR4 with 13500 will be as fast in 90%+ tasks while being a major upgrade over 5700X.

Please suggest me a good Motherboard, SMPS and monitor too.
Check the above rigs on whatever you are building.

Wait for Acer XV272U V3 to get back in stock at 18-19k for a 1440p option, else LG 24GN65R/Gigabyte G24F is enough at 14k.

Is processor cooler mandatory ?

And i was expecting monitor too in the budget. Looks like I must stick to 5700X.

Yes, for sustained multicore performance, stock cooler will hit 95C. Can add later if you want. Can start with single 16GB RAM stick & add more later. These will help reduce the initial cost, add them later after few months.

Looks great for 20k honestly, get that. Get a stand for height adjustment later, if you want, or use something else to increase height of monitor.
