Ans: Windows 10 64 bit

Ans: It will be my first build.

Ans: I am considering a Ryzen 2400g CPU as I don't plan to put a GPU, 8GB 2400 MHz RAM.

PSU- I have no idea about PSU's
Monitor- A good FHD display with wide viewing angles, good contrast, deep blacks.
